  Calli Girl
Calli Girl is cuddly, loving, and all lap-cat.  She is shy in the beginning but once settled-in becomes very attentive and observant.  She's quiet, only speaking on occasion.   She loves to be treated like a baby, being cuddled and cooed over; petted, hugged, kissed, scratched, combed, and just plain loved!  She's quick to purr and gives soft nose kisses.  She likes to play with feathers & balls.  She is non-aggressive and&nb...read more about Calli Girl
  Stumpy
I'm looking to retire from my free-roaming, feral life.  I love lots of attention, especially a a good scratch behind the ears or under the chin.  I do okay by myself, but I'd rather have human companionship.  I have short, white fur with gray tabby patches and I'm missing most of my tail (it's only about 3-inches long now).  I am FIV+ and was pretty sick for awhile, but the vet says I'm doing great now and I'm eating up the attention (hee! hee!) I do okay with other cats but...read more about Stumpy
  Penny Sue
Penny is an attentive, loving lap cat.  She's quiet, likes to be petted or talked to, and LOVES her belly rubbed.  We call her "Piggy Sue" because she loves to eat and it shows!  Very mild-mannered & friendly.  Piggy likes her fuzzy mice, large catnip toys, or a fishing pole.  She loves to stretch and spends a lot of time on the scratching posts & boards.  HISTORY:  Penny Sue came to us in August 2010 ...read more about Penny Sue
  Cornbread
Corny is playful & independent but loves lap-time, neck rubs, & soft-talk.   Does well with other household pets & mild-mannered children as long as she has a way to avoid them when she's not in the mood for play.  A window perch does the trick.  The lazer light is her favorite toy -- and she jumps sky high to reach that little red dot.  Corny is a little girl with a big heart in need of someone to love. History:  Corny gave bir...read more about Cornbread
  BC
BC (aka Broken Cat) was run over by a tractor & sickle mower on August 30, 2011 in Elk Run Heights/Evansdale, IA resulting in a fractured right pelvis, multiple lacerations,  & several other fractures (See below for full story).  BC has completed his recovery and is now ready for adoption.  Due to the nature of his injuries, BC will have a life-long limp, cannot jump as high as other cats, and cannot be declawed (he needs them to pull himself up where he can't push with...read more about BC "Broken Cat"
  Lucky Lucy
Lucky Lucy is a very petite kitty with a big heart, weighing in at only 6 lbs!  This little lady is loves to play with her toys, use the scratching post, and give kisses.   In her first 2 years of life she was never exposed to other animals so she's still learning that she's not human.  She has shown great improvement and now seeks some mild companionship with "Cornbread" her current housemate.   HISTORY:  Owned since a tiny kitten by an ...read more about Lucky Lucy
